What a great town and even better beach. An epic sandstorm, the likes of which has not been seen even on the desert planet of Tatooine, cut the trip a day short. We had a great time with great people, great food, great drink and even great fishing.
What a fabulous photo! I don't think I have ever seen campers/RVs look quite so...adventurous? They look like they could fly into outer space! Have a great trip you two. We're looking forward to tracking your progress.
We've officially hung up our vagabond hats. We are back at work and are actually living in a house - not a tent.

For those who just want to read about our 2,650-mile trek along the Pacific Crest Trail, scroll down and check out our slideshows or go to the archives. We started the trailApril 29, 2008 and finished Sept. 25, 2008.

We don't intend to traipse around in Chanel and Christopher Josse duds, thank you.
We're talking about how we approach life, including the hard parts. We were inspired by Clint Eastwood's The Eiger Sanction of all things. This explains it all.
